Shipping Policy

Shipping Charges

We ship worldwide (excluding locations blocked by law). We cover the packaging and delivery charges for orders within India.

Please reach out to us if you are based outside of India so that we can give you an estimate of the shipping cost to your country. Shipping rates are decided by the courier company and based on the size and weight of the artwork. We will share the same with you. Please note that any import charges/duties/taxes charged at the destination country will be borne by the buyer.

 

Packaging and Delivery

Paintings on canvas and paper are shipped in a rolled format where possible. The artwork is carefully packed and shipped inside a tube. This ensures that the artwork is safe during transit, and it also drastically reduces the cost of shipping. You will need to get the canvas stretched onto stretcher bars by your local framers at your own cost.

Framed artwork, paintings on canvas board or artwork that cannot be rolled will be shipped in a box or in flat packaging. Please check the artwork description on each product listing to know how the artwork will be shipped.

 

Delivery Timeline

Once the payment is complete, we will ship the artwork within 2 to 5 working days. For orders within India, you can expect the artwork to reach you within 7 working days of making the payment. For international orders, it usually arrives within 7 days of making payment but occasionally, it may take up to 15 days.

We will keep you informed throughout the process through the contact information you have provided us while placing the order. We will also share a tracking number from the delivery service as soon as it is made available to us.

Please keep in mind that these are estimated delivery times. Due to circumstances beyond our control including, but not limited to, force majeure conditions; transport strikes; delays at customs; etc, your order may be delayed. We will do our best to keep you informed throughout the process and share regular updates about any anticipated delays.

 

 

Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on sold artwork. We try to share reliable and accurate images and information on the website to help you make an informed decision on the artwork that you would like to purchase. Please reach out to us so that we can provide you with additional photos or videos of the artwork as required.

All original artwork is inspected by Tvesha Singh before shipping to check its condition and to ensure that it closely resembles the image listed on the website. We are willing to send you additional photos or video on request to confirm the same. We use reliable couriers and delivery systems to ensure that the artwork reaches you safely. Therefore, we do not take returns.

However, if the artwork reached the buyer damaged, we expect the buyer to notify the courier company at the time of delivery (this is very important for us in order to process any refund), immediately get in touch with us and send pictures of the damaged product and packaging to tveshasinghart@gmail.com. All damaged products should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

We will investigate the issue and get back to you with the next steps. If your return is approved, you will be provided with a return address. You will need to return the artwork in its original packaging along with all its contents including the certificate of authenticity and/or other paperwork. We strongly encourage you to return the item via a trackable method. After the artwork is returned and inspected by us, we will refund the amount paid by you.

Refund shall be subject to buyer complying with our policies.​ Refunds may attract deduction of bank charges, shipping costs, payment gateway charges and/or any other charges that may be applicable towards settling of the refund. These charges will be borne by the customer. To get detail outline of our policies, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Refund shall be conditional and shall be at the sole discretion of Tvesha Singh and with recourse available to Tvesha Singh in case of any misuse by buyer.

(Note: It is our policy that in the event of a disagreement, Tvesha Singh holds the right to make the final call on all returns. We would not be able to process any returns if it is not reported within the stipulated time period.)

All returns should happen within 48 hours of delivery. We will typically issue your refund within 48-72 hours of receiving the package.

​

Return Process

If a buyer elects to return an artwork (only if met by our Refund Policy norms), the buyer must write to tveshasinghart@gmail.com with the photographs of the damage and an email specifying the damage within the stipulated time period. Insurance, packing and shipping fees associated with the return of the returned piece of Art shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer, and Tvesha Singh shall have no obligation to reimburse the buyer for such amounts.
